Oak Valley Community Bank is seeking applications for an Online Banking Specialist in our Oakdale location. The Specialist will provide technical, general, and professional support to internal and external clients of the Bank. In this role, you will provide outstanding customer service to individuals contacting the Bank, by phone or online, by resolving issues, providing information, and looking for opportunities to strengthen the customer relationship through suggesting Bank products and services. In addition, they will also educate clients on various internet banking, Treasury Management products and services, abide by all applicable regulatory requirements and internal practices and procedures. Desired candidates will possess a high school diploma or general education degree (GED); experience in financial services and call center customer service experience is preferred.
