Description and Requirements

As an Online Brand Ambassador, you'll serve a critical role in the online presence of one of Premium's premier clients.

What will you do?

  • Become a product expert on the client's exciting line of Home Entertainment products and assist retailer sales professionals with online support.

  • Support the client's ePromoter team to help handle consumer questions.

  • Create and maintain relationships with uncovered retail locations and promote virtual touchpoints

  • Ensure all locations are up to client's standards, including displays and product assortment

  • Support retail stores with product support in regards to demo issues and/or product issues.

  • Escalate issues, per SOP, to ensure positive experience within retail environment

  • Identify brand advocates and support via various initiatives

  • Establish and maintain strong working relationship with the client's product training and product management teams, sales account managers, and service/engineering team.

  • Remain knowledgeable on client products through successful completion and competency assessment of internal or external training programs.

How will you succeed?

  • Going beyond what's expected to deliver results for the client.

  • Leveraging your love for consumer electronics and the IoT space.

  • Engaging retail stores and retail sales professionals by using your exceptional communication skills – especially written.

  • Exhibit stellar time management, flexibility, accountability and work ethic.

What experience should you have?

  • 2 years in retail, retail operations, retail distribution, merchandising, sales, marketing and service organizations.

  • Exceptional communication skills.

  • Tools and Technology: Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Teams), Web browsing tools (Internet Explorer, Mozilla Firefox, Google Chrome, etc.)
