Pharmacist - Pharmacy at Providence St. Mary Medical Center
Independently reviews and assesses medication orders to identify, prevent and resolve potential and actual drug-related problems. Contacts physicians, nurses and other professionals as necessary to facilitate care. Manages drug therapy protocols as part of physician-pharmacist-nurse team. Compounds and dispenses medications, provides drug and drug therapy related information and supervises the work of pharmacy support personnel. The Pharmacist will report to the Director of Pharmacy and will be assigned additional duties as determined by need.
Required Qualifications:
- Bachelor's Degree in Pharmacy
- Washington Pharmacist License
- Post graduate residency or three (3) years of Pharmacist experience
Preferred Qualifications:
- PharmD or Doctorate of Pharmacy Degree
