Performs utilization review and carry out discharge plan as developed / approved by case manager.

REQUIRED

• LPN OR BSW
• One (1) year experience in UR or Social Work.
• Ability to interact with patients, families, physicians and hospital staff.
• Excellent oral and written communication skills.
• Ability to type accurately at an approximate rate of 30 wpm.

PREFERRED

• Three (3) years experience in UR and Social Worker.
• RN, MSW
