Plan, coordinate, direct and perform Pharmacy Department operations to provide for quality pharmaceutical care to Providence Willamette Falls Medical Center patients and staff under the highest professional standards.

Required qualifications:

• Oregon Pharmacist License upon hire
• 2 years experience as a hospital pharmacist; demonstration of supervisory and administrative ability shown during that period.

Preferred qualifications:

• Graduate from an accredited college of pharmacy, advanced degree, and/or hospital residence training program.
